Swiss milk is the best milk
No one asked for this but hey — good things must be shared!
On our recent trip to Switzerland, my wife and I made it a point to try the local produce, as “Made in Switzerland” seemed to be a point of pride. We had heard that Switzerland especially known for its dairy products - milk, cheese, and chocolate being some of its most famous items.
Many people know about Swiss chocolate and cheese, but what about the main ingredient in both — milk?! I will say that I have never tasted richer and more flavourful milk before. Whole milk alone was really good. We tried 2 brands, Heidi and Natureplan, and both were great. We were sad that we couldn’t bring it back home due to import restrictions in the UK (which we had to pass through on our return).
tldr: If you have the chance to visit Switzerland, try their milk!
P.S. I suppose a close second (and closer to home) will be Hokkaido milk!
