Make older and younger friends!
I’ve come to see the value in having friends who are older than me or younger than me!
It has helped me be exposed to ideas, anxieties, hopes and responsibilities beyond my worldview. I also get a dose of reality in that there are so many ways to see and approach things apart from my own beliefs.
And I get to feel both younger and wiser through osmosis!
