It doesn't take much to mean much
I had a young colleague ask me for advice at the end of an already long day. I could have said no and I would be well within my rights to.
I said yes.
I stayed, listened, and tried to give her advice I hoped someone would have told me when I was her age. In the grand scheme of things, I didn't spend all that long talking. But it felt like it made a difference to her and she was grateful for the help.
It really doesn't take much to act in ways that mean something to those around us.
