Accept the cost
There is always a cost to gaining something.
If you want to gain health, you have to accept the burn.
If you want to gain knowledge, you’ve got to accept the drudgery.
If you want to gain wisdom, you have to accept the scars.
Whatever it is, the cost must be paid. Hopefully, willingly and with a smile.
